Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@chargengo.au.
- Before Fulfillment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- After Fulfilment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return instead (see below).
2. Returns & Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@chargengo.au with your order number and reason for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalised products
- Items marked as clearance or final sale
- Opened or used charging accessories
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
5. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
